罗沙司他治疗腹膜透析患者肾性贫血的效果观察

Effect of Roxastat in treatment of renal anemia in peritoneal dialysis patients

目的探讨罗沙司他胶囊治疗腹膜透析患者肾性贫血的效果。方法回顾性分析2021年1月至2022年1月在温州市中心医院腹膜透析中心规律随访的腹膜透析患者38例,患者接受促红细胞生成素注射液半年后调整为口服罗沙司他胶囊半年。用药前、予促红细胞生成素注射液半年后、服用罗沙司他胶囊半年后各检测1次血红蛋白(hemoglobin,Hb)、白蛋白(albumin,ALB)和C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP),每3个月测一次转铁蛋白饱和度(transferrin saturation,TS)、血清铁蛋白(serum ferritin,SF)、转铁蛋白(transferrin,TRF)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC),并对比三组各项指标的差异。结果所有患者治疗前后的SF、TS、CRP等差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),服用罗沙司他后TC水平下降,与未用药前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),服用罗沙司他后Hb及SF升高明显,与给药促红细胞生成素后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两种药物用后未见明显不良反应。结论口服罗沙司他胶囊用于腹膜透析相比注射促红细胞生成素治疗肾性贫血效果更好,且更方便可行。

Objective To explore the effect of oral Roxastat capsule in treatment of renal anemia in peritoneal dialysis patients.Methods Retrospective analysis was made on 38 patients with peritoneal dialysis who were regularly followed up in the Peritoneal Dialysis Center of Wenzhou Central Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022.The patients were treated with erythropoietin injection for half a year and then adjusted to take Roxastat capsule for half a year.Before using the drug and half a year after using the erythropoietin injection,the indexes such as hemoglobin,iron saturation,transferrin,C-reactive protein,and total cholesterol were tested respectively half a year after using Roxastat capsules,and the differences among the indexes of the three groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in serum ferritin,transferrin saturation and C-reactive protein before and after treatment in all patients(P>0.05).Total cholesterol decreased after the use of Roxastat,and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before the use of drugs(P<0.05).Hemoglobin and transferrin increased significantly after the use of Roxastat,and the difference was statistically significant compared with that after the use of erythropoietin(P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction after the use of the two drugs.Conclusion Oral administration of Roxastat capsule is more effective,convenient and feasible than injection of erythropoietin in the treatment of renal anemia.
