摘要
近年来,全麻的神经环路机制成为神经科学和麻醉学领域的研究热点。丘脑⁃皮质环路的结构及功能完整对意识维持至关重要。文章综述了丘脑⁃皮质环路的神经解剖学特性、神经生理特性及其在全麻药物诱导的意识消失中的作用研究进展,以期为全面理解全麻药物作用机制及意识产生和维持的生理机制提供新思路。
In recent years,the neural mechanism of general anesthesia has become a research hotspot in the field of neuro⁃science and anesthesiology.The structural and functional integrity of the thalamocortical circuit is essential for the maintenance of consciousness.This review summarized the neuroanatomical and neurophysiological characteristics of the thalamocortical circuit and research progress on its role in unconsciousness induced by general anesthetics,which will provide new thoughts for a comprehensive understanding of the mechanism of general anesthetics and the physiological mechanism of generation and maintenance of conscious⁃ness.
