摘要
正常的睡眠和睡眠⁃觉醒周期对于学习、记忆等认知功能至关重要,而睡眠剥夺(sleep deprivation,SD)可通过多种机制损伤学习、记忆功能,其中快速眼动(rapid eye movement,REM)睡眠的记忆巩固功能和突触可塑性占据着关键性地位。近年来研究证实,黑色素聚集激素(melanin⁃concentrating hormone,MCH)系统在SD损伤学习、记忆功能的过程中具有重要作用。文章围绕SD中MCH系统功能的变化及其对REM睡眠、突触可塑性等方面的影响,以及如何作用于学习、记忆功能进行综述,旨在为进一步探究SD损伤学习、记忆功能的作用机制提供新思路。
Normal sleep and sleep⁃wake cycle are critical for cognitive functions such as learning and memory,while sleep de⁃privation(SD)impairs learning and memory through a variety of mechanisms,in which memory consolidation function of rapid eye movement(REM)sleep and synaptic plasticity play a critical role.In recent years,studies have shown that melanin⁃concentrating hor⁃mone(MCH)system plays an essential role in learning and memory impairment induced by sleep deprivation.This review summarizes the changes of MCH system function in sleep deprivation,its effect on REM sleep and synaptic plasticity,and how it affects learning and memory function,so as to provide new ideas for further exploring the mechanism of learning and memory impairment of sleep depri⁃vation.
