摘要
土地利用/土地覆盖变化通过影响生态系统格局、过程和功能进而影响生态系统服务供给时空格局、供需时空匹配关系以及不同生态系统服务之间的权衡和协同关系。系统研究土地利用/土地覆盖变化和不同土地利用规划情景对生态系统服务的影响,可以提高土地利用规划与管理水平。本文通过文献综述和文献分析,重点对生态系统服务研究进展及生态系统服务与土地利用规划关系进行了总结。本研究将生态系统服务研究进展总结为概念及内涵不断凝练、评估模型不断发展和研究内容不断深入3个方面。在分析土地利用/土地覆盖变化对生态系统服务影响的基础上,阐述了土地利用规划与管理对生态系统服务可持续供给的重要意义,并进一步展示了生态系统服务研究对土地利用规划与管理的科技支撑作用。针对生态系统服务在土地利用规划与管理应用中存在的挑战,未来研究中应进一步加强生态系统服务监测、多尺度权衡关系分析和供需内在关联机制研究,为土地利用规划与管理提供科学方法,推动生态系统服务研究与管理决策和政策设计高度融合。
Land use and land cover(LULC) affects the spatial-temporal variations of ecosystem services provision, the spatial-temporal match between ecosystem services supply(ESS) and ecosystem services demand(ESD), and the tradeoffs and synergies among ecosystem services, by influencing ecosystem patterns, processes, and functions. Therefore, integrative study of the impacts of LULC changes and different land use planning scenarios on ecosystem services can greatly improve land use planning and management. Drawing on a literature review and analysis, we summarized advances in ecosystem services research and the relationship between ecosystem services and land use planning. We analyzed the progress of ecosystem services research in three aspects:(1) the continuous concentrations of concepts and their meanings,(2) the continuous development of assessment models, and(3) the continuous strengthening of research content. Based on the analysis of the impact of LULC change on ecosystem services, we expounded the importance of land use planning and management to the sustainable supply of ecosystem services. Additionally, we demonstrated the scientific and technological roles of ecosystem services research on land use planning and management. In view of the challenges in the application of ecosystem services to land use planning and management, future research should further strengthen the monitoring of ecosystem services, the analysis of multi-scale tradeoff, and the intrinsic connections between ESS and ESD. This review provides scientific references for land use planning and management and promotes the advanced integration of ecosystem service into management decision and policy design.
