SBAR交接单和护理优化在早期胃癌内镜治疗中的护理体会

SBAR handover combined with nursing optimization in endoscopic treatment of early stage gastric cancer

目的探讨SBAR交接单联合护理优化在早期胃癌内镜治疗中的护理体会。方法选取2019年1月至2022年1月间延安市人民医院收治的80例早期胃癌患者,采用随机数表法分为常规组和试验组,每组40例。常规组实施常规护理,试验组实施SBAR交接单联合常规护理优化模式护理。对比两组患者术后临床指标恢复时间、术后疼痛时间、生活质量、负性情绪变化、并发症发生率以及护理满意度。结果干预后,试验组术后排便时间、肠胃蠕动时间与肛门排气恢复时间较常规组更低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。试验组术后6h、12h和24h的疼痛评分均较常规组用时更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组生活质量评分较干预前升高,焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分降低,且试验组比常规组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症总发生率较常规组更低,试验组护理总满意率较常规组更高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论SBAR交接单联合护理优化在早期胃癌内镜治疗的护理当中,可促进患者术后恢复,降低其术后疼痛时间和并发症发生率,改善负性情绪,患者生活质量更好,护理满意度更高。

Objective To explore the nursing experience of situation,background,assessment and recommendation(SBAR)handover combined with nursing optimization in endoscopic treatment of early stage gastric cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients with early gastric cancer who were treated at Yan’an People’s Hospital were selected from January 2019 to January 2022.They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a conventional group using random table method with 40 patients each.The experimental group received nursing based on SBAR handover combined with nursing optimization and the conventional group received routine nursing.Time to recovery of postoperative clinical indicators,duration of postoperative pain,quality of life,changes in negative moods,incidence of complications,and patient satisfaction with nursing were compared.Results After the intervention,time to postoperative defecation,time to peristalsis and anal time to exhaust recovery were shorter in the experimental group than those in the conventional group(all P<0.05).Duration of pain in the experimental group at 6 h,12 h,and 24 h were shorter than those in the conventional group(all P<0.05).Quality of life scores increased in the two groups and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores decreased in the two groups compared with those before the intervention,and the scores were better in the experimental group than in the conventional group(all P<0.05).The overall incidence of complications was lower in the experimental group than in the conventional group and the overall patient satisfaction with nursing was higher in the experimental group than in the routine group(all P<0.05).Conclusion SBAR handover list combined with nursing optimization in endoscopic treatment of early gastric cancer can promote postoperative recovery,reduce duration of postoperative pain and incidence of complications,relieve negative emotions,and improve quality of life,and patient satisfaction with nursing is high.
