舒适化护理在晚期肿瘤患者中的应用效果观察

Efficacy of comfort nursing in patients with advanced tumors

目的探讨舒适化护理在晚期肿瘤患者护理中的应用效果及对生活质量的影响。方法选取2020年2月至2021年2月间空军军医大学第二附属医院收治的160例晚期肿瘤患者作为研究目标,按照随机数表法分为对照组和试验组,每组80例。对照组行常规护理干预,试验组行舒适化护理干预,研究两组患者的护理满意度、生活质量和依从性。结果护理前,两组患者的生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,试验组(50.48±7.44)分,对照组(45.42±6.33)分;试验组与对照组相比生活质量评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度98.8%,高于对照组的87.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组依从性98.8%,高于对照组的88.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论晚期肿瘤患者行舒适化护理干预,可显著提高护理满意度,改善生活质量,提升依从性,值得临床进一步研究、借鉴。

Objective To systematically analyze the efficacy of comfort nursing in advanced cancer patients and its impact on quality of life.Methods A total of 160 patients with advanced tumors treated at The Second Affiliated Hospital of the Air Force Military Medical University were selected from February 2020 to February 2021.They were divided into an experimental group and a control group using the random number method with 80 patients each.The experimental group received comfort nursing intervention and the control group received routine nursing intervention.Patient satisfaction with nursing,quality of life,and compliance with treatment were studied in patients in the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,quality of life scores was higher in the experimental group(50.48±7.44)than in the control group(45.42±6.33,P<0.05).Compared with the control group(87.5%),patient satisfaction with nursing was high in the experimental group(98.8%,P<0.05).Patient compliance with treatment was high in the experimental group(98.8%)than in the control group(88.8%,P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing intervention can significantly improve patient satisfaction with nursing,improve quality of life,and enhance patient compliance with treatment in patients with advanced tumor,which is worthy of further clinical research and reference.
