中医护理在恶性肿瘤患者的实施价值及对患者生活的影响

Significance of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in patients with malignant tumors and its impact on patients’life

目的探讨中医护理干预方案在恶性肿瘤患者中的应用效果,分析其对患者心理状况及生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年12月间青岛大学附属医院收治的126例恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,根据患者治疗期间接受的护理方式将其分为常规组(56例)和中医护理组(70例)。常规组患者采用常规护理方案,中医护理组在此基础上给予中医护理干预,比较两组患者心理状态、生活质量(SF-36)、疼痛程度及护理满意度。结果入院时,两组患者抑郁(SDS)和焦虑(SAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。出院时,两组患者SDS、SAS评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中医护理组SDS、SAS评分低于常规组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。入院时,两组患者SF-36量表中生理机能、生理职能、情感职能、躯体疼痛、活力、社会功能、精神健康和总体健康得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。出院时,两组患者SF-36量表各维度得分均较入院时提高,且中医护理组患者SF-36量表各维度得分均优于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。出院时,中医护理组无痛患者比例高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组轻度疼痛、中度疼痛及重度疼痛患者比例比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,常规组总满意度为78.6%,低于中医护理组的90.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医护理干预方案在恶性肿瘤患者中应用效果显著,与常规护理方案相比,该法可显著改善患者的心理状态和生活质量,提高其护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention program in patients with malignant tumors,and analyze its impact on patients’psychological status and quality of life.Methods A total of 126 patients with malignant tumors treated at Qingdao University Affiliated Hospital were selected from January 2019 to December 2021.Based on the nursing they received during the treatment,the patients were divided into a conventional health care group(56 patients)and a traditional Chinese medicine health care group(70 patients).The patients in the conventional health care group adopted routine nursing,and the traditional Chinese medicine nursing group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in addition to conventional nursing.The psychological state,quality of life(SF-36 scale score),pain degree and patient satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups.Results At admission,there was no significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).On discharge,the scores of SDS and SAS decreased in the two groups compared with those before treatment(all P<0.05).Moreover,the scores of SDS and SAS were lower in the traditional Chinese medicine nursing group than in the conventional health care group(all P<0.05).At admission,there was no significant difference in the scores of physiological function,physiological function,emotional function,physical pain,vitality,social function,mental health and overall health between the two groups(P>0.05).On discharge,the scores SF-36 scale in different dimensions were higher in the traditional Chinese medicine nursing group than in the conventional health care group(all P<0.05).On discharge,percentage of patients being pain free was lower in the traditional Chinese medicine nursing group than in the conventional health care group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in percentage of patients with mild,moderate and severe pain between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the overall satisfaction was 78.6%in the conventional health care group,which was lower than 90.0%of the traditional Chinese medicine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion Efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention is remarkable in patients with malignant tumor.Compared with conventional nursing,this method can significantly improve psychological state,quality of life and patient satisfaction with nursing.
