肠内营养支持对肺癌并肺炎患者免疫功能及营养指标的影响

Effects of enteral nutrition support on immune function and nutritional indexes in patients with lung cancer complicated with pneumonia

目的探讨肠内营养支持治疗对肺癌并肺炎患者免疫功能及营养指标的影响。方法选取2018年4月至2021年4月间西北大学附属第一医院收治的80例肺癌并肺炎患者作为研究目标,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用肠外营养支持治疗,观察组采用肠内营养支持治疗,研究两组患者的体液免疫功能、营养指标与不良反应发生率。结果干预前,两组患者的免疫功能以及营养指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组与对照组相比,免疫功能以及营养指标改善显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为5.0%,低于对照组的25.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺癌并肺炎患者行肠内营养支持治疗,可显著改善体液免疫功能以及营养指标,同时可积极减少不良反应,建议临床深入研究、借鉴。

Objective To discuss the effects of enteral nutrition support therapy on immune function and nutritional indexes in patients with lung cancer complicated with pneumonia.Methods Eighty patients with lung cancer and pneumonia treated at The First Affiliated Hospital of Northwest University were selected between April 2018 and April 2021.They were divided into an observation group and a control group with 40 patients each using the random number method.The observation group received enteral nutrition support therapy and the control group received parenteral nutrition support therapy.Humoral immune function,nutritional indicators and incidence of adverse reactions were studied in the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in immune function and nutritional indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the immune function and nutritional indexes were significantly improved in the observation group compared with the control group(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.0%in the observation group which was lower than 25.0%in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionEnteral nutrition support therapy can significantly improve humoral immune function and nutritional indicators and meanwhile actively reduce adverse reactions in patients with lung cancerand pneumonia.
