扶正消癥汤对老年晚期前列腺癌内分泌治疗患者增效减毒作用的观察

Efficacy enhancing and toxicity reducing effects of Fuzheng Xiaozheng decoction on endocrine therapy in elderly patients with advanced prostate cancer

目的 探讨扶正消癥汤对老年晚期前列腺癌内分泌治疗患者增效减毒的作用及其对血清磷酸甘油醛激酶1(PGK1)及血清淀粉样蛋白(SAA)的影响。方法 选取2019年2月至2021年1月间上海中医药大学附属市中医医院收治的80例晚期前列腺癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。所有患者均采取去势以及抗雄性激素治疗,观察组患者在此基础上联合采取扶正消癥汤进行治疗,两组患者均治疗4个月。对两组患者的治疗效果、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、PGK1、SAA水平及生活质量进行比较。结果 治疗后,两组患者的中医症状评分均降低,且观察组患者的潮热、性欲降低、勃起障碍、腰膝酸软、疲倦乏力、下肢浮肿、口干咽燥、焦虑易怒、舌淡或红、苔白以及脉沉积等情况评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患者的IPSS评分、PGK1及SAA均降低,且观察组患者的IPSS评分、PGK1和SAA均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患者的最大尿流率(Qmax)、残余尿量(RUV)以及生活质量评分(QOL)均改善,且观察组患者的Qmax高于对照组,RUV、QOL低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 老年晚期前列腺癌内分泌治疗患者联合扶正消癥汤进行治疗,患者的血清PGK1、SAA均下降,减毒效果显著。

Objective To study Efficacy enhancing and toxicity reducing effects of Fuzheng Xiaozheng decoction on endocrine therapy in elderly patients with advanced prostate cancer and its effects on serum recombinant human phosphoglycerate kinase 1(PGK1)and serum amyloid A(SAA)protein.Methods Eighty advanced prostate cancer patients were selected at Shanghai Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine between February 2019 and January 2021.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 40 patients in each group.Castration was preformed on all patients and they all received endocrine therapy,In addition,the observation group also received Fuzheng Xiaozheng decoction.Both groups were treated for 4 months.The treatment efficacy,international prostate symptom score(IPSS)score,PGK1,SAA level and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After the treatment,scores of Traditional Chinese medicine symptoms decreased in both groups,and scores of hot flashes,decreased libido,erectile dysfunction,soreness of waist and knee,fatigue and fatigue,edema of lower limbs,dry mouth and pharynx,anxiety and rritability,pale or red tongue,moss white and vein deposition were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group(all P<0.05).IPSS,PGK1 and SAA were decreased significantly in both groups,and IPSS,PGK1 and SAA were significantly lower in the observation group than those in control group(all P<0.05).The maximum flow rate(Qmax),residual urine volume(RUV)and quality of life(QOL)were significantly improved in both groups,and Qmax was significantly higher in the observation group than control group and RUV and QOL were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion After endocrine therapy combined with Fuzheng Xiaozheng decoction,serum PGK1 and SAA decreased significantly in the elderly patients with advanced prostate cancer,and the toxicity reduction effect was significant.
