舒适护理在胰腺癌术后患者中的应用价值及对生活质量的影响

Significance of postoperative comfort nursing and the effect on quality of life in patients with pancreaticcancer

目的探讨舒适护理在胰腺癌术后患者护理中的应用价值及对生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年10月至2021年10月间咸阳市中心医院治疗的84例行胰腺癌手术患者作为研究目标,采用随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,每组42例。对照组患者采用常规护理干预,研究组患者采用舒适护理干预,比较两组护理满意度、生活质量评分以及舒适度评分。结果研究组与对照组相比,生活质量评分以及舒适度评分较高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。研究组生活质量总分、舒适度生理、社会、心理和环境依次为(239.28±41.42)分、(79.45±11.44)分、(66.47±16.88)分、(75.69±14.52)分和(90.32±12.44)分,均高于对照组的(206.58±40.68)分、(68.44±14.23)分、(57.45±12.44)分、(70.22±5.32)分和(83.36±10.35)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度为95.2%,高于对照组的76.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论行胰腺癌手术患者采用舒适护理干预,可显著提高护理满意度,改善生活质量及舒适度,值得临床研究与借鉴。

Objective To conduct a systematic analysis of the significance of comfort care and its impact on quality of life in patients with pancreatic cancer.Methods Using the EXCEL table to select 84 patients undergoing surgery for pancreatic cancer at Xianyang Central Hospital from October 2018 to October 2021.They were divided into an experimental group and a control group using the random number method with 42 patients each.The experimental group received comfort care and the control group received conventional nursing intervention.Patient satisfaction,quality of life scores,and comfort scores were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group had high quality of life score and comfort score(all P<0.05).The overall quality of life score,comfort physiological score,social score,psychological score and environment score was 239.28±41.42,79.45±11.44,66.47±16.88,75.69±14.52 and 90.32±12.44,respectively in the experimental group,which was higher than 206.58±40.68,68.44±14.23,57.45±12.44,70.22±5.32 and 83.36±10.35,respectively of the control group(all P<0.05).Patient satisfaction was 95.2%in the experimental group,which was higher than 76.2% of the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionComfort nursing intervention can significantly increase patient satisfaction with nursing,improve quality of life and comfort in patients undergoing surgery for pancreatic cancer,and it is worthy of clinical research and reference.
