妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者孕期加强综合护理干预的效果分析

Efficacy of strengthening comprehensive nursing intervention in pregnant patients with uterine fibroids

目的探讨妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者孕期加强综合护理干预对分娩认知度提升的影响。方法选取2019年6月至2021年6月间西安凤城医院收治的110例妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者作为研究目标,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。对照组行传统护理干预,观察组在孕期加强综合护理干预,研究两组患者护理满意度、孕期并发症和分娩认知度评分。结果护理前,两组患者的认知评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,观察组疾病知识(18.54±5.44)分、分娩知识(18.44±3.48)分、服务态度(15.74±5.36)分;对照组疾病知识(15.88±4.25)分、分娩知识(12.68±2.25)分、服务态度(12.78±4.63)分;观察组与对照组相比,分娩认知度评分均较高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组(98.2%)与对照组(83.6%)相比,护理满意度较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组(1.8%)与对照组(15.5%)相比,孕期并发症发生率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者在孕期加强综合护理干预,护理满意度较高,可减少孕期并发症,提升分娩认知度,值得临床进一步研究、借鉴。

Objective To systematically analyze the effect of strengthening comprehensive nursing intervention on the improvement in childbirth awareness in pregnant patients with uterine fibroids.Methods One hundred and ten pregnant patients with uterine fibroids were selected at Xian Fengcheng Hospital from June 2019 to June 2021.They were divided into an observation group and a control group with 55 patients in each group using the random number method.The observation group received intensive comprehensive nursing in addition to conventional nursing and the control group received conventional nursing intervention during pregnancy.The scores of patient satisfaction with nursing,complications during pregnancy,and childbirth awareness were studied in the two groups.ResultsBefore nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of knowledge and awareness between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,diseaseknowledge was 18.54±5.44,childbirth knowledge was18.44±3.48and service attitude was 15.74±5.36 in the observation group and 15.88±4.25,12.68±2.25 and 12.78±4.63,respectively in the control group.The childbirth awareness score was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Patient satisfaction with nursing was high in the observation group(98.2%)compared with the control group(83.6%,P<0.05).The incidence of pregnancy complications was low in the observation group(1.8%)compared with the control group(15.5%,P<0.05).ConclusionPregnant patients with uterine fibroids have high satisfaction with intensive comprehensive nursing during pregnancy.It reduces pregnancy complications and improve childbirth awareness,which is worthy of further clinical research and reference.
