中医穴位贴敷对肝动脉化疗栓塞患者癌因性疲乏和生活质量的影响

Effects of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint sticking on cancer-related fatigue and quality of life in patients undergoing hepatic arterial chemoembolization

目的探讨中医穴位贴敷对肝动脉化疗栓塞(TACE)患者癌因性疲乏和生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年7月至2021年6月间上海中医药大学附属曙光医院收治的行TACE治疗的132例肝癌患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组66例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上增加中医穴位贴敷。比较两组干预前后Piper疲乏修订量表、正性与负性量表(PANAS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)及肿瘤患者生活质量核心问卷(QLQ-C30)评分。结果观察组干预后疲乏中认知、情感、行为及感觉评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组干预后正性情绪评分明显更高、负性情绪评分则更低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组干预后PSQI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后QLQ-C30评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医穴位贴敷可有效缓解TACE患者的癌因性疲乏,改善心理状态,提高睡眠质量和生活质量。

Objective To explore the effects of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint sticking on cancer-related fatigue and quality of life in patients undergoing hepatic arterial chemoembolization(TACE).Methods From July 2019 to June 2021,132 patients with liver cancer who underwent TACE treatment at Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using the random number table method with 66 patients in each group.The observation group received traditional Chinese medicine acupoint sticking in addition to conventional nursing and the control group received routine nursing care.The scores of the modified Piper fatigue scale,positive and negative scale(PANAS),Pitsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and quality of life core questionnaire for cancer patient(QLQ-C30)were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.ResultsThe scores of cognition,emotion,behavior and sensation in terms of fatigue were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly high positive emotion scores and low negative emotion scores after intervention(all P<0.05).PSQI score was significantly lower in the observation group after intervention than in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,QLQC30 score was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine acupoint sticking can effectively relieve cancer-related fatigue and improve mental state,sleep quality and quality of life in patients undergoing TACE.
