伤口专科护理小组对晚期肿瘤患者发生压力性损伤的预防作用

Wound care specialist teams for preventing pressure injuries in patients with advanced tumors

目的 探讨伤口专科护理小组对晚期肿瘤患者发生压力性损伤的预防作用。方法 选取2020年6月至2021年6月间空军军医大学第二附属医院收治的50例晚期肿瘤患者作为研究目标,采用随机数表法分为对照组和试验组,每组25例。对照组采用常规护理干预,试验组采用伤口专科护理小组干预,每组纳入20名护士,调查护士对压力性损伤知识掌握程度并进行比较,研究两组护理满意度、压力性损伤发生率和生活质量改善评分。结果 培训后和护理后,试验组护士的压力性损伤知识的掌握程度和患者生活质量改善评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度为96.0%,高于对照组的76.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组压力性损伤发生率为0.0%,低于对照组的20.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 晚期肿瘤患者予以伤口专科护理小组进行干预,可明显提升患者的护理满意度,降低压力性损伤发生率,提升护士的压力性损伤知识的掌握程度和患者生活质量,值得临床研究与借鉴。

Objective To explore the role of wound specialist nursing teams for prevention of pressure injuries in patients with advanced tumors.Methods Fifty patients with advanced tumors treated at Second Affiliated Hospital of the Air Force Military Medical University were selected from June 2020 to June 2021.They were divided into an experimental group and a control group with 25 patients each using the random number method.The experimental group received intervention given by a wound specialist nursing team and the control group received conventional nursing intervention.Twenty nurses were included in each group to investigate and compared their knowledge on pressure injuries.Patient satisfaction with nursing,the incidence of pressure injuries,and improvement in quality of life scores were examined.Results After the training and nursing,nurses'knowledge on pressure injury and improvement in quality of life scores were higher in the experimental group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Patient satisfaction with nursing was 96.0% in the experimental group,which was higher than 76.0% of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of pressure injuries was 0.0% in the experimental group which was lower than 20.0%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wound specialist nursing teams can significantly improve patient satisfaction,reduce the incidence of pressure injuries,and improve nurses'knowledge on pressure injuries and quality of life in patients with advanced tumors.It is worthy of clinical research and reference.
