小切口手术治疗甲状腺良性肿瘤的疗效观察

Efficacy of small incision surgery for benign thyroid tumors

目的探讨小切口手术治疗甲状腺良性肿瘤的临床效果及患者术后康复水平。方法选取2019年6月至2020年6月间汉中市中心医院收治的100例甲状腺良性肿瘤患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组患者采用腔镜辅助颈部小切口手术治疗,对照组患者采用传统开放手术治疗。观察并比较两组患者的临床效果、并发症、疼痛评分和炎症因子水平。结果治疗前,两组患者的疼痛评分、炎症因子水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组疼痛评分比对照组低,且肿瘤坏死因子-α、超敏C反应蛋白以及白介素-6均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为96.0%,高于对照组的82.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为2.0%,低于对照组的14.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以腔镜辅助颈部小切口手术治疗甲状腺良性肿瘤患者,可明显提升患者的临床效果,减少疼痛感,改善炎症因子水平,减少并发症,建议临床借鉴、深入研究。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of small incision surgery for the treatment of benign thyroid tumors and the postoperative rehabilitation.Methods One hundred patients with benign thyroid tumors treated at Hanzhong Central Hospital were selected between June 2019 and June 2020.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 50 patients in each group.The observation group undwerwent laparoscopy assisted small neck incision surgery procedure involves making a small surgical incision in the neck and the control group underwent conventional laparotomy.The clinical efficacy,complications,pain scores,and inflammatory factor levels were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Before the treatment,there was no significant difference in pain scores and inflammatory factor levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment,pain scores and the levels of inflammatory factors including tumor necrosis factor alpha,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and interleukin 6 were lower in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).The overall efficacy was 96.0% in the observation group which was higher than 82.0% of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 2.0%in the observation group which was lower than 14.0% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusionlaparoscopy assisted surgery with small incision in the neck can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,reduce pain,inflammatory factor levels and complications in patients with benign thyroid tumors.It is worthy of clinical reference and in-depth research.
