思维导图联合King达标理论的心理干预对前列腺癌根治术患者的影响

Effect of mind mapping as a tool for health education combined with psychological intervention based on King's standard theory on emotions in patients undergoing radical prostatectomy

目的探讨思维导图健康教育联合基于King达标理论的心理干预对前列腺癌根治术患者情绪的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2021年5月间西北大学附属西安市第三医院行前列腺癌根治术的94例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为常规组和研究组,每组47例。常规组采用常规护理,研究组在常规组基础上采用思维导图健康教育联合基于King达标理论的心理干预,比较两组患者术前、术后3d、术后4周的情绪状况,同时,比较两组术前及术后4周生活质量以及症状改善情况。结果术后3d、术后4周,研究组的焦虑、抑郁评分均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后4周,研究组的社会功能、躯体功能、心理功能、物质生活评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,研究组的国际前列腺症状评分低于常规组,最大尿流速快于常规组,残余尿量少于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在前列腺癌根治术患者中采用思维导图健康教育联合基于King达标理论的心理干预,能有效改善患者的情绪情况,提高术后生活质量,进一步缓解其症状。

Objective To study the effect of mind mapping as a tool for health education combined with psychological intervention based on King's standard theory on emotions in patients undergoing radical prostatectomy.Methods A total of 94 patients who underwent radical prostatectomy at Xi'an Third Hospital Affiliated to Northwest University were selected from January 2018 to May 2021.They were divided into an experimental group and a conventional group using random number table method with 47 patients in each group.The experimental group received mind mapping as a tool for health education combined with psychological intervention based on King's standard theory and the conventional group received routine nursing.The emotional status was compared between the two groups before surgery and at 3 d and 4 weeks after surgery.Meanwhile,quality of life and improvement in the symptoms were compared between the two groups before the surgery and at 4 weeks after surgery.ResultsThe scores of Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)were lower in the experimental group than in the conventional group at 3 d and 4 weeks after the operation(all P<0.05).At 4 weeks after surgery,the scores of social function,physical function,psychological function and material life were higher in the experimental group than in the conventional group(all P<0.05).Meanwhile,the international prostate symptom score(IPSS)score was lower,the maximum urine flow rate(Qmax)was faster,and the residual urine volume(RUV)was lower in the experimental group than in the conventional group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Mind mapping as a tool for health education combined with psychological intervention based on King's standard theory can effectively improve patient emotion and postoperative quality of life and further alleviate symptoms in patients undergoing radical prostatectomy.
