舒适护理干预在内镜下声带息肉摘除术中的效果观察

目的探讨舒适护理干预在内镜下声带息肉摘除术中的护理效果及对生活质量的改善效果。方法选取2019年1月至2022年2月间陕西省第四人民医院收治的77例行内镜下声带息肉摘除术的患者作为研究目标,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组中38例,采用传统护理干预。观察组中39例,采用舒适护理干预。研究并比较两组患者并发症发生率、生活质量和睡眠质量。结果护理前,两组生活质量、睡眠质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组与对照组相比,生活质量评分较高,睡眠质量评分较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组(5.1%)与对照组(23.7%)相比,并发症发生率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对内镜下声带息肉摘除术患者行舒适护理干预,可显著提升护理满意度,有效改善生活质量和睡眠质量,值得临床研究与借鉴。

Objective To systematically analyze the efficacy of comfort care in endoscopic resection of a vocal cord polyp and the effect on improvement of quality of life.MethodsSeventy-seven patients who underwent endoscopic resection of a vocal cord polyp were selected at Shaanxi Provincial Fourth People's Hospital from January 2019 to February 2022.They were randomly divided into an observation group(39 patients)which was give comfort care and a control group(38 patients)which was give conventional nursing.The incidence of complications,quality of life and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.ResultsBefore nursing,there was no significant difference in the quality of life and sleep quality scores between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).After nursing,quality of life score was higher and sleep quality score was lower in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications was lower in the observation group(5.1%)than in the control group(23.7%,P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort care can significantly improve patient satisfaction with nursing,improve quality of life and sleep quality in patients undergoing endoscopic resection of a vocal cord polyp.It is worthy of clinical research and reference.
