优质护理对妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者的效果及对预后的影响

Efficacy of high quality nursing in pregnant patients with ovarian tumors and the effect on prognosis

目的探讨优质护理对妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者的应用效果及对预后的影响。方法选取2020年3月至2021年4月间西安凤城医院收治的70例妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者作为研究目标,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组行传统护理措施,观察组行优质护理措施。比较两组的护理满意度、数字疼痛评分(NRS)、负面情绪与并发症。结果护理前,两组患者的NRS评分、负面情绪比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,观察组与对照组相比,NRS评分、负面情绪指标评分均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为97.1%,高于对照组的77.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为2.9%,低于对照组的20.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者行优质护理措施,可提升其护理满意度,同时缓解疼痛程度及负面情绪,减少并发症,值得临床进一步研究、借鉴。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of high quality nursing on pregnancy complicated with ovarian tumor and its effect on prognosis.MethodsSeventy pregnant patients with ovarian tumors were selected at Xi'an Fengcheng Hospital from March 2020 to April 2021.They were divided into observation group and a control group with 35 patients in each group using the random number method.The observation group received high quality nursing and the control group received conventional nursing.Patient satisfaction with nursing,numerical rating scale(NRS)score,negative emotions and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in NRS scores and negative emotions between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the NRS score and negative emotion index score were lower in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Patient satisfaction with nursing was 97.1% in the observation group which was higher than 77.1% of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 2.9% in the observation group which was lower than 20.0% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing can significantly improve patient satisfaction with nursing,relieve pain and negative emotions,and reduce complications in pregnant patients with ovarian tumors.It is worthy of further clinical research and reference.
