责任制护理对胃癌合并冠心病患者的效果观察

Efficacy of professional responsibility applied to nursing in patients with coronary heart disease and gastric cancer

目的探讨责任制护理对冠心病合并胃癌患者护理质量的影响效果。方法选取2017年6月至2021年6月间延安大学咸阳医院治疗的80例冠心病合并胃癌患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组以常规护理干预,观察组以责任制护理干预,研究两组护理满意度、负性情绪评分以及护理质量评分。结果护理后,观察组与对照组相比,焦虑和抑郁评分较低,护理质量评分较高,护理满意度较高(P<0.05)。结论予以冠心病合并胃癌患者责任制护理干预,其护理满意度可得到显著提升,改善心理状态,提升护理质量,建议临床借鉴与推广。

Objective To systematically analyze the effect of professional responsibility applied to nursing on nursing quality in patients with coronary heart disease and gastric cancer.MethodsUsing statistics in EXCEL table,80 patients with coronary heart disease and gastric cancer at Xianyang Hospital of Yan'an University were selected from June 2017 to June 2021.They were divided into an observation group and a control group with 40 patients each according to random number method.The observation group was given responsibility-based nursing intervention and the control group was given routine nursing intervention.Patient satisfaction with nursing,negative emotion score and nursing quality score were studied in both groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in negative emotion score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,anxiety and depression score were lower,and the nursing quality score and patient satisfaction with nursing were higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).ConclusionResponsibility system based nursing can improve patient satisfaction with nursing,psychological state and quality of nursing in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with gastric cancer.It is recommended for clinical reference and exploration.
