北京首都功能核心区历史水系保护和发展思路研究

Research on the protection and development thinking of historical water system in the functional core area of Beijing Capital

首都功能核心区的历史水系恢复对北京创建国际一流的和谐宜居之都的首善之区发挥着非常重要的作用。通过对首都功能核心区历史水系发展脉络的梳理,分析了其历史水系特征和现状问题,从水系格局的强化和保护、水系功能的加强与恢复、水系文化内涵的凸显与挖掘等3个方面提出历史水系恢复的总体思路,并提出了系统规划、整体保护、科技赋能及守正创新的构想,以推动历史水系恢复。

The restoration of the historical water system in the functional core area of the Capital plays a very important role in the creation of a world-class harmonious and livable capital in Beijing.This paper analyzes the characteristics and current situation of the historical water system by sorting out the development context of the historical water system in the functional core area of the Capital.Put forward the general idea and conception of historical water system restoration from three aspects:strengthening and protection of water system pattern,strengthening and restoration of water system function,highlighting and mining of water system cultural connotation based on the general idea and concept of the restoration of the historical water system,this study puts forward policy recommendations such as system planning,overall protection,technological empowerment,and innovation to promote the restoration of historical water systems.
