摘要
通过能力验证计划,了解我国检验检测机构对水中铅和镉含量检测项目的检测能力。采用单因素方差分析法(F检验法),对能力验证样品进行均匀性检验,用稳健统计技术处理,z比分数评判各参加者的检测结果。结果表明,参加的12家检验检测机构的23个检测结果中,满意结果20个(占86.96%)、有问题结果2个(占8.70%)、不满意结果1个(占4.35%),共有9家检验检测机构的检测结果全部满意,占参加者总数的75%。
To understand the capability of Chinese inspection and testing institutions to detect lead and cadmium content in water through the capability verification program.The single factor analysis of variance(F-test) was used to test the uniformity of the ability test samples, and the robust statistical techniques were used to evaluate the test results of each participant.The results showed that among the 23 test results of 12 testing institutions, there were 20 satisfactory results(86.96%),2 problematic results(8.70%) and 1 unsatisfactory result(4.35%).A total of 9 testing institutions were satisfied with the test results, accounting for 75% of the total participants.
