基于GUM法和MCM法的标准轨距尺轨距示值误差不确定度评定

摘要 面向轨距尺轨距示值误差检定任务,建立测量模型,分析轨距示值误差的不确定度来源,基于GUM法和MCM法,评定轨距尺轨距示值误差的测量不确定度。评定结果表明,MCM法和GUM法的不确定度评定结果基本一致,且轨距尺检定器示值误差是轨距尺检定中主要的不确定度来源。 Facing the verification task of gauge indication error of track gauges for standard gauge railway, the measurement model was established, the uncertainty source of gauge indication error was analyzed, and the measurement uncertainty of gauge indication error was evaluated based on GUM method and Monte Carlo method.The evaluation results showed that the evaluation results of the two methods were basically consistent, and the indication error of calibrator railway track gage was the main source of uncertainty in gauge verification.
