带压开孔封堵技术在焦炉循环氨水系统的应用

Application of Pressure Opening Plugging Technology in Coke Oven Circulating Ammonia Water System

针对焦炉循环氨水管道阀门损坏、无法停产检修的问题,提出了一种带压开孔封堵的检修方案.通过该方案的实施,对损坏的氨水管道阀门进行了更换,保证了焦炉正常生产.

A maintenance scheme for pressure opening plugging is put forward aiming at the problem that pipeline valve of coke oven circulating ammonia water is damaged and cannot stop production for maintenance.Through implementing the scheme,the damaged ammonia pipe valve was replaced,and the normal production of coke oven is ensured.
