摘要 介绍了河钢宣钢4号12MW热力汽轮发电机组优化改进,通过对汽轮机叶栅、喷嘴采用节能、高效的叶片组合,均压箱工艺管线、后轴封泄汽管路及冷却塔布水系统等一系列优化改造后,彻底解决了设备运行的问题,使汽轮发电机组运行稳产高效,取得良好的经济效益和环境效益,具有一定的参考和推广价值. Introduce the optimizing improvement of No.412MW steam turbine generator unit in Hesteel Xuangang.The problems existing in the equipment operation is solved thoroughly by adopting a series of optimizing measures,such as using energy-saved and high-efficient blades for cascades and nozzles,modifying process pipelines of the equalizing pressure box,steam relief pipelines of rear shaft seal and the water distribution system of the cooling tower.The turbine generator unit can run stably and efficiently.It obtained god economic and environmental benefits.It has a certain reference and promotionvalue.
