摘要
学科交叉是基础科学研究中产生创新思想的沃土和源泉。该文首先分析了国家实验室在整合科技资源、集聚学科交叉人才、搭建学科交叉研究平台等方面的优势;然后以美国国家实验室为例,概述了国家实验室在优化组织机构、培养交叉学科队伍、依托大科学装置开展前沿综合交叉研究等方面的经验;最后结合学科交叉特点,从加大学科交叉支持力度、灵活搭建组织架构、加强与大学合作等方面提出建议,以期通过多学科交叉融合提升国家实验室创新能力。
Disciplinary-crossing is the fertile soil and source of innovative ideas in basic scientific research. This paper first analyzes the advantages of national laboratories in integrating scientific and technological resources,gathering disciplinary-crossing talents and building disciplinary-crossing research platform. Then, taking the national laboratory of the U.S. as an example, it summarizes the experiences of national laboratory in optimizing organizational structure, cultivating disciplinary-crossing teams, and relying on large-scale scientific facilities to carry out frontier comprehensive disciplinary-crossing research. Finally, combined characteristics of disciplinarycrossing, it puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of increasing disciplinary-crossing support, building organizational structure flexibly, and strengthening cooperation with universities, in order to enhance the innovation ability of national laboratories through disciplinary-crossing integration.
