某公司装箱线监控系统改造设计

The Operating System Transformation for a Company's Technological Transformation Project

摘要 结合装箱线行业的控制流程、主流操作习惯、常规人机界面监视控制与数据采集格式,基于某公司数字孪生画面改造项目,提出了基于C/S架构,用U3D软件进行开发,形成从器件到设备、从设备到生产线、从生产线到工厂的生产流程、维护状态及运行状态的可视化管理系统。经实际验证,其可满足项目的技术要求,使企业可更为便捷地掌握生产信息。 Combined with the control process,mainstream operation habits,conventional human-machine interface monitoring control and data acquisition format of the packing line industry,the paper proposed a visual management system for the production process,maintenance status and operation status of the equipment,production line,and factory.Combined with the analysis of a company's digital twin screen transformation project,the system is developed based on C/S framework with U3D software.The system has been verified in practice and it is proved to meet the technical requirements of the project,so that enterprises can access to production information more conveniently.
