摘要
装配式建筑能够快速提升工程进度,并且能够满足建筑工程的标准化要求,已成为当前建筑行业发展的一个趋势。但装配式建筑质控重点在于其连接节点,而套筒灌浆技术则属于连接节点质控的重点技术,对于提升工程施工质效发挥着关键性作用。为了系统研究该技术,全面分析其原理、特点、工艺流程以及施工要点,对该技术的质控方法进行探讨并结合实际工程案例进行研究。
Prefabricated buildings can quickly improve the project progress and meet the standardization requirements of construction projects,which has become a trend of the development of the current construction industry.However,the quality control of prefabricated buildings focuses on the quality control of their connecting nodes,and the sleeve grouting technology as one of the key technology of the quality control of connecting nodes,plays a key role in improving the quality and efficiency of engineering construction.In order to carry out systematic research on the technology,the principle,characteristics,process flow and construction points of the technology are comprehensively analyzed,and the quality control methods of the technology are discussed and studied in combination with actual engineering cases.
