悟性思维促进情报智慧生成的机制研究

Study on the Mechanism of Generating the Wisdom of Intelligence Promoted by Wuity Thinking

[目的/意义]化知识为智慧是情报认知过程链中一个非常重要的环节,无论是向智库功能转型还是情报智慧系统建设,都绕不开对这一核心问题的追问。20世纪80年代钱学森在其情报思想中论及知识激活、灵感智慧和顿悟思维等主题,既有文献对于情报这一动态认知要素的转识成智过程及其与悟性思维之间的关系,探讨并不活跃、研究不甚深入。文章目的是深入探究悟性思维促进知识向智慧转化的情报智慧生成机制,为情报机构的智慧化转型提供理论基础。[方法/过程]从悟性思维的视角出发,探寻情报从知识活化到智慧洞见生成的哲学基础,通过剖析艾略特·希金斯及其团队的开源情报分析案例予以具象化验证。[结果/结论]文章揭示悟性思维促进情报转识成智的过程模式,提出基于悟性思维的情报智慧生成机制。[创新]文章包含两个创新点:第一,有效地整合情报思维和认知链之间的关系,从认知域、思维域、能力域和实在域立体地呈现情报智慧的生成机制,为情报智慧的实践提供理论解释;第二,回应钱学森情报思想中的悟性之问,创造性地运用传统思维方式注重悟性和智慧的特点,将其融入化知识为智慧的情报认知飞跃中,体现出中国情报学的本土思维特色。

[Purpose/significance]Turning knowledge into wisdom is a very important perspective in the cognitive process chain of intelligence generation.Whether it is the transformation to think tank function or the construction of the smart information service system,it is impossible to bypass the core issue.In the 1980s,Tsien Hsue-shen discussed the topics of knowledge activation,inspiration,wisdom and insight thinking in his informatics thoughts.The existing literature did not actively discuss the process of turning knowledge into information in informatics,and its relationship with wuity thinking.The purpose of this paper is to deeply explore the intelligence generation mechanism of how wuity thinking promotes the transformation of knowledge into wisdom,and to provide a theoretical basis for the intelligent transformation of information agencies.[Method/process]From the perspective of wuity thinking,this paper discusses the philosophical basis from knowledge activation to wisdom of intelligence(WOI)generation,and analyzes Eliot Higgins and his team’s open-source information analysis cases for a concrete verification.[Result/conclusion]The process mechanism of wuity thinking to promote knowledge to wisdom is found,and the WOI generation mechanism is proposed based on wuity thinking.[Innovations]This paper contains two innovation points.Firstly,it effectively integrates the relationship between wuity thinking and cognitive chain,and presents the structure of WOI generation from cognition domain,thinking style domain,capacity domain and reality domain,which provides a theoretical basis for the generation of WOI.Secondly,it responds to Tsien Hsue-shen’s problem,creatively uses the traditional way of thinking to focus on the characteristics of wuity and wisdom,and integrates it into the information analysis process of turning knowledge into wisdom,reflecting the indigenous thinking characteristics of Chinese information science.
