Research on Construction and Application of National Defense Basic Scientific Data

[目的/意义]国防基础科学数据是促进国防和军队现代化建设的重要战略资源,但是针对性的研究与实践相对较少,因此开展体系化建设与应用研究,对于推动国防基础科学数据建设应用研究与实践具有较好的参考意义。[方法/过程]文章在梳理国防基础科学数据概念内涵、存在问题的基础上,针对性开展了国防基础科学数据建设总体框架设计,以及数据体系、标准体系、数据安全等关键要素研究,并给出了初步设计方案。[结果/结论]研究成果对于推进国防基础科学数据体系化建设应用具有较好的参考作用。

[Purpose/significance]National defense basic scientific data is an important strategic resource for the modernization of national defense and the army.However,relevant research and practice are relatively few,so carry out the study about systematic construction and application of national defense basic science data has a good theoretical reference significance for promoting the application research and practice of them.[Method/process]This paper defines the notion of national defense basic scientific data,analyzes it’s characteristics and current problems in construction and application,designs the architecture for constructing national defense basic scientific data,and studies the key elements such as data system,standard system and data security.[Result/conclusion]The research results have a good reference function for promoting the systematic construction and application of national defense basic scientific data.
