摘要
基于现有的移动通信网络运维优化知识管理及人员技能评估方法,分析了其不能满足移动网络运维优化团队整体培训赋能转化成效,促进团队资源融合,提升网络运维优化工作体系整体提质降本增效要求的问题,研究了移动网络运维优化整体工作体系流程,提出了建立以班组为基础单元的优秀经验萃取及智慧赋能体系,实现了支撑公司对培训资源有效管控的目标,解决了运维优化团队整体培训赋能成效不足的问题,进而促进团队人力资源融合,提升网络运维优化工作体系整体效能。
Based on the existing mobile communication network operation and maintenance optimization knowledge management and personnel skill evaluation methods,it analyzes the problems that it can not meet the requirements of improving the overall quality,reducing costs and increasing efficiency of the mobile network operation and maintenance optimization team,promoting the integration of team resources,and improving the overall quality,cost,and efficiency of the network operation and maintenance optimization work system,studied the overall workflow of mobile network operation and maintenance optimization,proposed to establish an excellent experience extraction and wisdom enabling system based on working teams.And then promote the integration of team human resources and improve the overall efficiency of the network operation and maintenance optimization work system.
