摘要
本研究探讨了高校英语教师教育者循证教学的内涵、特征与实现路径。高校英语教师教育者循证教学是指高校英语教师教育者遵循多重证据、专业智慧与教学情境相融合的原则,开展教学设计、教学实施与教学评价的新型教师教育教学法,其特征主要表现为教学设计科学化、教学实施融合性及教学评价多维性。循证教学的实现路径包含四个维度:建立高校英语教师教育者循证教学管理制度、建设高校英语教师教育者循证教学证据资源库、搭建高校教师教育者—中小学英语教师循证教学实践共同体和推动高校英语教师教育者循证教学能力建设。
This study discusses the connotations,characteristics and realization of the evidence-based teaching for university English language teacher educators.It refers to a new teaching method of carrying out teaching design,teaching implementation and teaching evaluation by following the principle of integrating multiple evidences,professional wisdom and teaching situations,featured with scientific teaching design,integrated teaching implementation and multi-dimensional teaching evaluation.Approaches to evidence-based teaching for university English language teacher educators include four dimensions,namely providing evidence-based teaching management mechanisms,establishing evidence-based teaching evidence databases,building evidence-based teaching communities of university-based teacher educators and English language teachers in primary and secondary schools,and developing university English language teacher educators’ capabilities of evidence-based teaching.
