湿贮玉米体外发酵粗蛋白、干物质及中性洗涤纤维降解率变化的研究 被引量:4

摘要 试验利用体外发酵培养法对同一地区6个不同牧场的高水分湿贮玉米进行体外发酵培养,测定其粗蛋白(CP)、干物质(DM)和中性洗涤纤维(NDF)降解率等代谢参数指标。结果显示:CP降解率按照大小顺序排列为1>2>4>5>6>3,数值在24.29%~45.61%之间,各牧场间差异极显著(P<0.01)。DM降解率的按照大小顺序排列为1>5>4>3>2>6,数值在17.80%~31.65%之间,各牧场间差异不显著(P>0.05)。NDF降解率按照大小顺序排列为:5>2>4>6>3>1,数值在16.46%~47.87%之间,各牧场间差异极显著(P<0.01)。研究表明,同一地区的6个不同牧场湿贮玉米CP和NDF降解率存在极显著差异,DM降解率差异不显著。 In the experiment,high moisture wet storage corn from six different pastures in the same area was cultured by in vitro fermentation,and the metabolic parameters such as crude protein(CP),dry matter(DM)and neutral detergent fiber(NDF)degradation rate were measured.The results show that the degradation rates of CP were ranked as 1>2>4>5>6>3,the values ranged from 24.29%~45.61%,and the difference among the pastures was extremely significant(P<0.01).The order of DM degradation rates was 1>5>4>3>2>6,the values ranged from 17.80%~31.65%,and there was no significant difference among the pastures(P>0.05).The degradation rates of NDF were ranked as follows:5>2>4>6>3>1,the values ranged from 16.46%~47.87%,and the difference among the pastures was extremely significant(P<0.01).The study indicates that there were significant differences in CP and NDF degradation rates of wet stored corn in six different pastures in the same area,but there was no significant difference in DM degradation rates.
