Analysis on the Publicity of Disaster Prevention and Reduction with Rural Characteristics

农村与城市之间在防灾减灾宣传上因自然致灾要素和社会致灾要素的不同,体现出较大的差异。本文针对农村特色的防灾减灾工作进行分析,从农村与城市防灾减灾宣传工作的异同性着手,探析农村社区防灾减灾建设能力,进而从宣传途径、媒介、内容等方面展开农村特色防灾减灾宣传内容。

There are great differences in the propaganda of disaster prevention and mitigation between rural and urban areas due to the differences in natural and social disaster-causing factors.This paper analyzes the disaster prevention and mitigation work with rural characteristics,from the perspective of disaster prevention and mitigation propaganda work in front of the similarities and differences between rural and urban areas,to explore the construction capacity of disaster prevention and reduction in rural communities,and then from the aspects of propaganda channels,media,content and so on,to carry out the propaganda content of disaster reduction with rural characteristics.
