摘要
课程开发不仅是社区教育资源供给的主要形式,也是社区教育的核心问题。工作场所学习是一种重要的终身学习方式。工作场所是社区教育的有效环境。社区教育情境化课程开发是在社区教育的组织框架与体系内,基于一定的地域特征或社区发展特色,根据工作场所的不同属性,聚焦特定的、不同的职业发展需要,设计真实或模拟的工作场所学习情境,编写学习计划、制定学习方案、组织课程教学、进行课程评价的过程。在工作场所学习理论的指导下,遵循区域性、需求性、实践性原则,从制度建设、特色课程、居民参与、信息化环境的角度探索社区教育情境化课程开发的问题与策略。
Curriculum development is the main form and the core issue of community education. Workplace learning is an important way of lifelong learning while the workplace is an effective environment for community education. Under the organizational framework and system of community education, situational model of curriculum development is to design real or simulated workplace learning situations by focusing on specific or different career development needs according to certain regional characteristics or different attributes of the workplace. It refers to the process of formulating learning objectives, designing teaching plans, organizing teaching and learning, and evaluating the courses. Under the guidance of workplace learning theory, it is advisable to follow the principles of regionality, desirability and practicability, and explore the strategies for the curriculum development in community education from the perspectives of system construction, characteristic courses,resident participation and information environment.
