摘要
随着我国经济进入高质量发展新阶段,整个社会对高素质技术技能人才的需求更加旺盛。我国实现从“制造大国”向“制造强国”、从“中国制造”向“中国创造”、从“制造强国”向“智造强国”的转型,需要更多的能工巧匠、大国工匠。培养高素质技术技能人才是高职院校人才培养的重要目标,高职院校“工匠精神”教育的内涵与廉洁品质的培养内在相通,二者在教育目标上高度一致,可以进行系统整合,提升师生的思想道德水平和职业素养。“工匠精神”教育包含了理想信念、道德品质、职业素养、业务能力和工作成效等方面的内容,蕴含着丰富的廉洁基因。高职院校“工匠精神”教育需从学校、教师、学生三方面来有效激发廉洁价值。
Along with the economy entering the new stage of high-quality development, China has stronger demand for high-quality technical talents when realizing the transformation from a manufacturer of quantity to one of quality, from "made in China" to "created in China", and from "manufacturing in China" to "intelligent manufacturing in China". Therefore, cultivating high-quality technical talents becomes a pivotal goal for higher vocational colleges. The connotation of "craftsmanship spirit" education in higher vocational colleges is intrinsically connected with honesty education. With consistency in their educational goals, the two can be integrated to improve the ideological, moral and professional quality of teachers and students. The "craftsmanship spirit" education includes ideals and beliefs, moral quality, professional quality and working performance, among which honesty education runs through. The study explores the values of "craftsmanship spirit" education in higher vocational colleges by effectively integrating honesty education into in terms of school, teachers and students.
