摘要
思想政治工作关系高职院校“培养什么样的人、如何培养人、为谁培养人”这个根本问题。思想政治理论课作为落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,能否达到立德树人的根本效果,不仅取决于课程教师的正确引导,更取决于学生的心理认同。通过信度、效度、隶属度、相关性及补充访谈等方式开展调查,从认同意愿和认同行为两个维度对高职院校学生的思政课认同程度开展研究,可以得出:围绕加强教师对思政课引导方面、构建学生思政课心理认同模式方面、营造特色校园文化方面,更有利于展现学生对思政课的认同意愿和认同行为,形成学校、教师、学生三点共面,将思政课育人优势发挥到极致。
Ideological and political education is an important aspect of higher vocational education. The fundamental effect of strengthening moral education and cultivating people relies not only on the correct guidance of the teachers, but also on the psychological identity of the students. The willingness and behaviors were investigated to explore the recognition degree of the students to ideological and political courses. We found that teachers’ guidance, construction of students’ psychological identity and creation of distinctive campus culture can be conducive to enhancing students’ willingness and behaviors to recognize ideological and political courses,fulfilling the responsibilities of schools, teachers and students, and exploiting the educational advantages of "ideological and political courses".
