摘要
系统平稳性对于自由活塞膨胀机-直线发电机(FPE-LG)寿命和性能具有重要影响,将振动特性和输出电压变化作为平稳性评价指标,研究了不同进气压力和膨胀时间对FPE-LG系统平稳性的影响规律。试验结果表明:FPE-LG系统的振动频率不受进气压力和膨胀时间的影响;在膨胀时间不超过15 ms时,随着进气压力的提高,系统的振动幅值和输出电压峰值增大,相同进气压力下,系统平稳性随膨胀时间缩短而减弱;膨胀时间大于15 ms时,振动幅值的变化趋势平稳,系统平稳性增强,输出电压峰值随着膨胀时间的延长而变小并趋于平稳,随进气压力的提高而增大。
The stability of the system plays an important role in the service life and performance of the free piston expander-linear generator.Taking vibration characteristics and output voltage changes as indicators of stability evaluation,the paper explores the law of influence of different intake pressures and expansion times on the stability of the FPE-LG system.Test results show that vibration frequency of the FPE-LG system is not affected by the intake pressure and expansion time.When the expansion time does not exceed 15 ms,the vibration amplitude and output voltage peak value of the system increase as the intake pressure increases.Under the same intake pressure,the stability of the system decreases with the shortening of the expansion time.When the expansion time is greater than 15 ms,the stability of the system will increase as the vibration amplitude changes steadily,the peak output voltage decreases with the extension of the expansion time and tends to be stable,and increases with the increase of the intake pressure.
