革命老区振兴战略背景下人力资源开发研究

摘要 从管理学视角出发,结合人力资源开发理论,对革命老区振兴战略背景下人力资源开发存在的问题进行深入剖析,分析影响人力资源开发的重要因素,对其存在问题进行深入的了解。提出革命老区人力资源开发在体力、智力、态度、知识、技能等五方面组成的“五位一体”的发展思路,为革命老区人力资源开发提供方向指引,加快引导人才向革命老区流动,促进革命老区的繁荣与振兴。 From the perspective of management,combined with the theory of human resource development,this paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in human resource development under the background of the Revitalization Strategy of the old revolutionary base areas and the important factors affecting human resource development.Then it puts forward the“Five in One”development idea of human resources development in the old revolutionary base areas in the following five aspects:physical strength,intelligence,attitude,knowledge and skills to provide direction guidance for human resources development in the old revolutionary base areas,to accelerate the flow of talents to the old revolutionary base areas,and to promote the prosperity and revitalization of the old revolutionary base areas.
