摘要
目的:探讨音乐教育对高职生心理健康的促进作用,为改善高职生心理健康水平提供参考。方法:采用SCL-90症状自测量表及自编问卷对广安职业技术学院40名高职生进行音乐教育实验干预研究。结果:实验组和对照组心理健康总均分分别为(1.90±0.48)和(1.96±0.26)分,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为-0.47,-0.59,P值为0.009<0.01),尤其是人际敏感、焦虑两个方面作用十分明显。结论:适当的多元的音乐教育能显著促进高职生心理健康水平的提高。
Objective:To explore the promotion effect of music education on the mental health of higher vocational students and provide reference for improving their mental health level.Methods:SCL-90 symptoms and a questionnaire was used.Results:The total mean score of mental health between the experimental and control groups was(1.90±0.48)and(1.96±0.26),respectively,which was statistically significant(t:-0.47,-0.59;P:0.009<0.01),especially in interpersonal sensitivity and anxiety.Conclusion:Proper diversified music education can promote the mental health of higher vocational students.
