地方所属“双一流”建设高校的资源之困与战略破局——以江苏高校为研究对象

The resource difficulties and strategic breakthrough of local“double first-class”universities--taking Jiangsu universities as the research object

由于我国高等教育资源分配的不均衡,入选“双一流”建设序列的地方所属高校面临着资源困境,并由此造成了发展指向的偏差。实现资源困境下的战略破局,最终达成“双一流”建设目标,地方所属“双一流”建设高校需要把资源获取与价值实现有机统一,强化对资源的有效配置和合理使用,走好研究型大学发展之路,不断满足地方经济社会发展的需要,变资源为实力、化资源为价值。

Due to the imbalance in the allocation of higher education resources in China,the local colleges and universities selected into the“double first-class”construction sequence are faced with resource difficulties,which leads to the deviation of development direction.To achieve the strategic breakthrough under the resource dilemma and finally achieve the goal of“double first-class”construction,local“double first-class”construction universities need to achieve the organic unity of resource acquisition and value realization,strengthen the effective allocation and rational use of resources,take a good road to the development of research universities,constantly meet the needs of local economic and social development,and change resources into strength and resources into value.
