摘要
本文通过某实际建筑资产管理项目案例,研究基于BIM技术的资产可视化系统运维管理,探索BIM技术在实际资产管理工程项目中的应用及其优势。
Through the case of a real construction asset management project,this paper studies the operation and maintenance management of the asset visualization system based on BIM technology,and explores the application and advantages of BIM technology in the real engineering asset management project.
