摘要
面向生猪养殖过程中多系统数据采集、传输、集成及信息融合分析的需求,设计及研制了基于多源数据融合的智慧养殖系统,系统结合无线传输技术、机器学习算法、多信息融合算法、二维码生成技术等,构建了精准环控系统、精准饲喂系统、视频监控系统、食品安全溯源系统、生产管理系统数据对接、融合分析系统。借助信息融合技术实现对复杂养殖过程中的猪、环境、人员、物料等生产要素的综合理解,辅助生产管理人员进行生产管理决策。本系统结合东瑞食品的“智慧养殖”发展模式,实现了基于数据驱动和智慧养殖技术的“人管机器、机器养猪”养殖新模式。
For pig breeding system in the process of data collection,transmission,integration and information fusion analysis requirements,this paper designs a smart breeding system based on multi-source data fusion,system combined with wireless transmission technology,machine learning algorithm,information fusion algorithm,QR code generation technology,etc.,built the accurate ring control system,accurate feeding system,video monitoring system,food safety traceability system,production management system data docking,fusion analysis system.With the help of information fusion technology,the comprehensive understanding of the production factors such as pigs,environment,personnel,and materials in the complex breeding process is realized,and the production management personnel are assisted to make production management decisions.Combined with the development mode of "Smart Breeding" of Dongrui Group,this system realizes the new breeding mode of "People manage machines and machines raise pigs" based on data-driven and smart breeding technology.
