工业软件标准体系构建研究

Research on the Establishment of Standards System for Industrial Software

工业软件是工业技术/知识、行业经验、流程的程序化封装与复用,兼具工业属性和软件属性,是工业数字化的重要基石。工业软件作为工业技术和软件技术融合的产物,在需求、知识、应用等方面深度依赖庞杂的工业技术体系,软件是载体,工业是内核,其标准化工作需全面覆盖门类众多的工业行业,以全面系统地体现工业技术的特点。本文从国内外工业软件及其标准化现状出发,分析了我国工业软件标准化工作的需求,从通用基础、产品标准、测试验证、系统集成和行业应用五个方面探索构建工业软件标准体系,试图为工业软件领域标准研制提供指导,以解决工业软件标准体系缺失、标准零散等突出问题,充分发挥标准在推动国产工业软件的体系发展、质量提升、应用推广和生态培育中的突出作用,为引领、指导、规范和保障我国制造业数字化转型提供重要方法与手段。

Industrial software is the programmatic encapsulation and reuse of industrial technology, knowledge,experience and process, which has both industrial attributes and software attributes, and is an important cornerstone of industrial digitization. As the product of the integration of industrial technology and software technology, industrial software deeply rely on the complex industrial technology system in terms of demand, knowledge and application.Software is the carrier and industry is the core, so its standardization needs to cover a wide range of industrial industries in order to comprehensively and systematically ref lect the characteristics of industrial technology. Based on the present situation of industrial software and its standardization at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the needs of the standardization of industrial software in China, and explores the construction of industrial software standards system in fi ve aspects of general foundation, product standard, test and verifi cation, system integration and industry application,in an attempt to provide guidance for the development of industrial software standards. It can effectively solve the outstanding problems such as the lack of industrial software standards system and scattered standards, give full play to the prominent role of standards in promoting the system development, quality improvement, application promotion and ecological cultivation of domestic industrial software, and provide important means of leading, guiding, regulating and guaranteeing the digital transformation of China’s manufacturing industry.
