Thoughts and Suggestions on Leading Baoshan’s Coffee Industry to Highquality Development by Standards

本文围绕保山咖啡产业当前发展现状和存在问题,为提升咖啡品质,助力产业发展,从标准化研究的角度,对保山咖啡产业的发展提出了意见及建议:以龙头企业标准化建设为依托,建立咖啡种植标准化、初加工标准化、精深加工标准化、经营模式标准化、监管模式标准化等覆盖全产业链的标准化体系,同时不断加强科技人才培养,完善产业政策配套,从而推动保山咖啡产业高质量发展。

Based on the current situation and problems of the coffee industry in Baoshan, this paper aims to improve the quality of coffee and promote the development of the industry. It puts forward suggestions on the development of the coffee industry in Baoshan from the perspective of standardization studies: relying on the standardization construction of leading enterprises, establishing the standardization systems covering the whole industry chain, such as coffee cultivation,primary processing, intensive processing, business model, and regulatory model, meanwhile continuing to strengthen the training of scientifi c and technological personnel and improving the supporting industrial policies to promote the highquality development of the coffee industry in Baoshan.
