旱区农业国家技术标准创新基地建设实践与建议——以杨凌示范区为例

Study on Practices and Suggestions of Construction of National Agricultural Technical Standard Innovation Base in Arid Region——Taking Yangling Demonstration Zone as an Example

陕西杨凌于2019年获批筹建国家技术标准创新基地(旱区农业)以来,推进成果转化标准化、技术标准体系化、示范带动产业化、推广服务品牌化,在旱区农业标准化建设上积累了宝贵经验。本文论述了杨凌示范区推进旱区农业国家技术标准创新基地建设的实践做法,并针对创新基地建设中面临的困难和问题,以强化技术标准的实施为切入点,提出了拓展农业技术标准工作经费、强化农业标准化人才培养激励、加强农业标准化工作宣传力度等建议,为农业标准化示范区建设和推进农业标准化工作提供参考。

Since Yangling of Shaanxi province was approved to build the National Technical Standard Innovation Base(Arid Region Agriculture) in 2019, it has promoted the standardization of achievement transformation, systemization of technical standards, industrialization driven by demonstration, and branding of service. It has accumulated valuable experience in agricultural standardization construction in arid region. This paper discusses the practice of promoting the construction of national technical standard innovation base in arid region of Yangling. In view of the diffi culties and problems faced in the construction of the base, it puts forward suggestions to expand the funds of agricultural technical standards, strengthen the training and incentive of agricultural standardization personnel, and strengthen the publicity of agricultural standardization work with strengthening the implementation of technical standards as the starting point. The results will provide reference for the construction of agricultural standardization demonstration zone and the promotion of agricultural standardization work.
