基于开源理念的信息类专业人才培养探究

On the Cultivation of Information Professionals Based on the Concept of Open Source

本文回顾了开源发展历程,论证了开源对我国自主可控信息产业的支撑,并分析了开源对信息类专业人才培养的影响,得出对在校大学生进行开源理念的灌输、开源技能训练的必要性。依据对信息类专业大学生的问卷调查数据的分析,得出当前大学生在开源文化历史的了解、开源特点的掌握、参与开源的意向、已具备的开源技能、开源对我国信息产业的支撑意义五个维度的真实情况,对信息类专业在开源人才培养方面提出了建议和展望。

This paper reviews the development of open source, demonstrates the support of open source for China’s independent and controllable information industry, analyzes the impact of open source on talent training, and concludes the necessity of inculcating open source ideas and training open source skills to college students. Based on the analysis of the questionnaire survey data of information college students, this paper obtains the fi ve dimensions of the current college students’ understanding of the history of open source culture, their mastery of open source characteristics, their intention to participate in open source, their existing open source skills, and the supporting signifi cance of open source to China’s information industry, and puts forward suggestions and prospects for the cultivation of open source talents in informationrelated majors.
