Evaluation on the Effect of Time-segment System of Appointment Registration on Improving the Efficiency of Outpatient Service

目的:评价门诊预约挂号分时段标准化就诊系统的应用效果及对提升门诊服务效率的影响。方法:纳入研究时段为2021年1月-2022年1月,自甘肃省人民医院门诊预约挂号就诊的患者中抽取200例患者开展对照研究,对患者的门诊预约挂号情况进行分析,按不同的挂号方式进行分组,分为对照组与实验组。其中100例对照组采用常规门诊预约挂号方式就诊,100例实验组采用分时段就诊系统挂号就诊,对比2组挂号及就诊等候时间。结果:通过统计对比,实验组患者的平均挂号时间、预约挂号候诊时间、平均候诊时间、现场挂号候诊时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在门诊预约挂号过程中,采用分时段就诊系统,可以缩短候诊就诊时间,值得推广。

Objective: To evaluate the application effect of time-segment system of outpatient appointment registration and its influence on improving the efficiency of outpatient service. Methods: 200 patients who made appointments for the outpatient clinic in Gansu Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were taken to conduct control research. The patient’s outpatient appointment registration was analyzed, and the patients were divided into control group and experimental group by different registration methods. Among them, 100 cases were diagnosed by conventional outpatient registration, and 100 experimental groups adopted the time-segment system of appointment registration. The registration time and the waiting time of consultation in the two groups were compared. Results: Through statistical comparison, the average registration time of the experimental group, the time for appointment registration, the average waiting time, and the on-site registration time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: During the appointment registration process of outpatient clinics, the adoption of the time-segment system of appointment registration can shorten the waiting time of consultation, which is worth promoting.
