案例教学法联合角色扮演教学法应用于老年护理标准化教学中的价值研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察案例教学法联合角色扮演教学法在老年护理标准化教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年3月-2021年3月于许昌职业学院工作并参与实验的临床护理工作者72例为主要实验对象,按参与人员姓名笔画奇数分为实验组36例,偶数分为对照组36例。实验组进行案例教学法联合角色扮演教学法教学,对照组给予传统教学模式教学。观察两组护理工作者阶段考核成绩及两组教学评价情况。结果:实验组阶段考核成绩及教学评价情况指标明显优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:临床老年护理标准化教学中,使用案例教学法联合角色扮演教学法对于提高学员各方面成绩以及提升教学质量有着独到作用,可作为优先选择。 Objective: To observe the application effect of case teaching method combined with role-playing teaching method in standardized teaching of geriatric nursing. Methods: 72 cases of clinical nursing workers who worked in Xuchang Vocational and Technical College and participated in the experiment from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the main experimental subjects. According to the odd number of participants’ names, 36 cases were in the experimental group and 36 cases were in the control group. The experimental group was given case teaching method combined with role-playing teaching method, while the control group was given traditional teaching mode. The nursing workers stage assessment and teaching evaluation of the two groups were observed. Results: The scores and teaching evaluation in the experimental group were signifi cantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: In clinical geriatric nursing standardized teaching, case teaching combined with role-playing teaching has a unique role in improving students’ scores and teaching quality, which can be a priority choice.
