标准化抗凝风险护理干预对房颤患者抗凝治疗依从性的影响分析

Effect of Standardized Anticoagulant Risk on Nursing Intervention Consistent with Anticoagulant Therapy in Patients with Atrial Fibrillation

目的:分析对房颤患者实施标准化抗凝护理干预后抗凝治疗依从性的影响。方法:选取2019年7月-2021年7月广州市番禺区何贤纪念医院收治的100例房颤患者作为研究对象,随机将患者分为两组,即对照组(n=50)与观察组(n=50),对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施标准化抗凝风险护理干预,比较两组患者护理干预后抗凝治疗依从性、抗凝药物知识掌握评分、并发症发生率。结果:观察组患者抗凝依从性98.0%(49/50)高于对照组86.0%(43/50)(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者对抗凝药物知识掌握评分无显著性差异(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者对抗凝药物知识掌握评分均有所提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率6.0%(3/50)低于对照组20.0%(10/50)(P<0.05)。结论:在房颤患者中实施标准化抗凝风险护理干预可有效提高患者抗凝治疗依从性,提高房颤患者对抗凝治疗药物的掌握,并降低患者并发症发生率,具有较高的推广应用价值。

Objective: To analyze the effect of standard anticoagulant intervention in patients with atrial fibrillation adherence to anticoagulant therapy. Methods: A total of 100 patients with atrial fi brillation admitted to He Xian Memorial Hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected as research subjects and the patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group(n=50) and the observation group(n=50). The control group received standard nursing intervention and the observation group received standard nursing intervention for anticoagulation risk. The correlation between anticoagulant therapy, knowledge of anticoagulants and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups after nursing intervention. Results: The blood thinning tolerance of the observation group was 98.0%(49/50)higher than that of the control group 86.0%(43/50)(P<0.05). Prior to intervention, there was no signifi cant difference in the score on anticoagulant knowledge between the two groups(P>0.05);After the intervention, the score on anticoagulant knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.0%(3/50), lower than 20.0%(10/50) in the control group,(P<0.05). Conclusion: The introduction of standard anticoagulant risk of nursing intervention in patients with atrial fibrillation can effectively improve the adherence of anticoagulant patients, improve the anticoagulant response in patients with atrial fi brillation and reduce the incidence of complications in high-use patients. value.
