标准化急诊护理流程对提高脑出血患者抢救效果的影响分析

Influence and Analysis of Standardized Emergency Nursing Process on Improving the Rescue Effect of Patients with Intracerebral Hemorrhage

目的:分析标准化急诊护理流程对提高脑出血患者抢救效果的影响。方法:抽取蚌埠医学院第二附属医院2020年3月至2022年6月期间收治的脑出血患者66例分为观察组和对照组,各组分别有33例患者。对照组行常规护理,观察组患者通过标准化急诊护理流程进行干预,比较实施效果。结果:比较护理后观察组分诊评估时间、急诊停留时间、急救时间,短于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05。结论:对于脑出血患者采用标准化急诊护理流程可将急救抢救时间明显缩短,提高救治成功率,具有较高的可行性。

Objective: To analyze the effect of standardized emergency nursing process on the improvement of rescue effect in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: 66 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from March 2020 to June 2022 were divided into observation group and control group, with 33 patients in each group. The patients in the control group received routine care, and the patients in the observation group received standardized emergency nursing processes, and the implementation results were compared.Results: The nursing observation group diameter assessment time, emergency residence time, and emergency time in the control group were shorter, the difference was significant, and P<0.05. Conclusion: Standardized emergency nursing process for patients with intracerebral hemorrhage can significantly shorten the first aid time and improve the success rate of treatment, which has high feasibility.
