摘要 金属的钝化和腐蚀受其表面状态和化学特性显著影响,实际工程中的钢筋都是带热轧皮或带锈斑的,其钝化和腐蚀行为显然与不带轧皮的光亮钢筋有所不同。文中主要探讨了带轧皮钢筋的伪钝化行为、腐蚀机制和防护方法。第四部分介绍带轧皮钢筋的电偶腐蚀。 The passivation and corrosion of metal are significantly affected by its surface state and chemical characteristics. The actual rebars in fields are all with mill scale or some rust stains, so their passivation and corrosion are different from the bright rebar without mill scale. This paper mainly discusses the pseudo-passivation behavior and the corrosion mechanism of hot-rolled rebars, and the corresponding protection measures. Part Ⅳ introduces the galvanic corrosion of rebar with mill scale.
